Make sure you haven’t left valuable items in your room or parked vehicle, as well as in any common areas of the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of valuable items from your room or vehicle.
If you desire a wake-up service, please contact the manager. If you notice any damage to your room’s equipment, please do not attempt to repair it yourself but report it to the manager for immediate correction. We appreciate your understanding for any delays that may occur due to technical reasons. There is complimentary wireless internet coverage in all rooms and common areas of the hotel. Your room is cleaned daily, and bed linens, as well as body and face towels, are changed on a daily basis. If you prefer not to have daily changes and cleaning, please inform the manager or hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your door.
The destruction or loss of room linen is the sole responsibility of the guest. Additional towel changes are available upon request to the manager. The hotel’s pools are open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. After this time, pool use is prohibited. Please follow the safety instructions provided in your room regarding the pool. Do not use your room towels in the pool; pool towels are available in your room, and additional pool towels can be obtained from the manager.
Our hotel accepts Mastercard and Maestro credit cards. A television with a wireless remote control is provided in your room. If you wish to adjust the television settings, please contact the manager. Please adjust the volume of your television to avoid disturbing adjacent rooms. Contact the manager if you wish to use the iron and ironing board. Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available with corresponding charges. You can drop off your clothes for cleaning with your room’s cleaning service until 12 PM daily and receive them the same day. If you drop them off after 12 PM, you can pick them up the next day.
As of January 1, 2018, a residence tax has been imposed, and the cost is €10 per room for each overnight stay.
